Payment, Warranty & Terms and Conditions

Please note: Certain reflective surfaces—such as windows and doors—may cause heat damage or melting of artificial grass. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty will be voided if the client alters, repairs, or otherwise interferes with any work performed by Scorpion Landscapers LLC.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured under the Arizona Registrar of Contractors:

Every project is subject to a comprehensive quality control inspection prior to delivery, without exception.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to initiate all projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and will serve as confirmation of the client’s full satisfaction with the work performed.

Refund Policy:
Scorpion Landscapers LLC does not offer monetary refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to services provided.
